I think Jeep has a design issue with this Jeep. But they can't seam to see it. This is a warning to you other Jeep owners. The heater core is mounted in the center of the dash, right over the top of the Air Bag control module. And when the heater core fails and leaks. Guess what, your airbag controller is damaged. My gripe is that this is a crappy set up. I had to replace the heater core, but the company won't cover the repairs involved in this.
They want to charge $4000. They say I waited too long. Bull ... If you (JEEP) would not have put this module under the heater core, this would have never happened. I see more of these coming, so watch out for it. And don't count on any help form Jeep.. They just want your money. They are not looking to help anyone. So, if you continue to buy a Jeep. It's your fault, not mine, you have been warned!!!!!
