Owners of 2014 Jeep Compass with engine issues, please come out and stop spending your hard earned money on repairing the workmanship on this vehicle.

Gear box bearing fail on 2014 Jeep Compass with 63000 kilometer and they claim wear and tear. After the branch removed the gearbox in 2018 May to replace clutch kit, he car just came to stall at the intersection. How sure that the clutch kit was replaced? How sure this was not a factory fault from the beginning or Jeep is taking the advantage of us.

Jeep please educate all your branches about the customer service.

After all this dilemma, I will never never brag about this brand. Especially after all the complaints I read about on this platform. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

Update from Mar 30, 2019: STILL WAITING FOR A CALL OR MERE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE COMPLAINT. MY CAR IS JUST/STANDING/SITTING AT THE DEALER

I have reported this problem 4 times to the Jeep dealership and every person that checked out my car said they did not know what the problem is. I call Chrysler head quarters and they are the one that told me to take it to the dealership, but know one would help me and the problem is still there. Robin Chrysler dealership told me it was just bad gas, but they were just getting me out of there. I bought this car with cash money I saved, and I feel like I was cheated out of my money.

All I want know was why when the speed gets up to 40, I hear the rattling noise.

To Whom it may concern: I purchased a Jeep Compass on May 25,2013 and have had nothing but a huge headache and what seems to be like never ending problems with the vehicle. The car has been in the shop 4 times in the short time I’ve owned the car. Taking care of the issues with the vehicle, has cause me trouble at my place of employment because I am constantly on the phone dealing with this on company time and my boss is now upset. I have been late to work 5 times since I purchased the vehicle because it needed to get repaired. I have enclosed the work orders and there is an awful noise coming from the engine area. I am a single mom and feel like I was sold a lemon and fear for the safety of my child and myself. My boss referred me to an attorney who said hewill handle this case pro bono (because he feels bad for me) however I would not like to resort to taking legal action that is litigious but if I have to, I will. As you can see on the enclosed work orders, they have tightened the torque and subframe, replaced the gear rack and pinion. The car has less than 5,000 miles and I do not feel that I should have this aggravation and nightmare with a car that I paid over $20,000. Please call me at 305- and let’s try and resolve this together or I will be left with no alternative than to hire an attorney, contact the BBB, and if needed contact local televison stations to discourage future customers from purchasing your vehicles. I look forward to favorable reply. Thank you in advance. Elizabeth Guevara
