After experiencing the famous Jeep "DEATH WOBBLE", shook the car so hard it stalled. jeep would not restart till in desperation I tried the key in the door lock "alarm reset" and it started. During the front end rebuild adventure, it would routinely stall while driving, the key in door alarm reset would allow jeep to start. the alignment shop was fine tuning the caster adjustment & Death Wobble hit and stalled the vehicle. It has not re started since then. The door lock reset would no longer work... A No spark condition persists. forgot to mention that No DTC's were thrown from the beginning. Replaced the usual Jeep culprits, CPS,Camshaft sensors. No change. While testing engine PCM sensors, noticed that main engine harness was chaffed with 18 yrs of wear & decided to pull it out from the PCM and engine ares complete to inspect and rework as needed. Several sensor ceramics were cracked so i replaced them. Opened up the harness looking for shorted wires, broken pins and reworked anything that required it. Installed new CPS after pulling the intake manifold to replace the plenum gaskets and intake. New dist. cap, rotor wires and coil. Checked that distributor was TDC and rotating properly. Replaced and cleaned receptacles, installed new fuses in PDC & fuse panel in dash area. Looking for any obvious problems replaced them because they were 18 yrs old). No change. Replaced ASD & fuel pump relays. No change. Swapped in a known good ignition switch...No change Every supply voltage to PCM monitored sensors are good. I have the 12.5 volts to the + side of coil but no trigger pulse from the PCM to to fire coil. Tested fuel pressure is in spec. The PCM goes through its start up routine normally when key is turned CEL lights and goes off after 3 seconds in the run position I have induced the CEL by pulling sensor connections to see if it lights the CEL to verify PCM diagnostics. DTC's were displayed with the blink method and removed once I reset PCM etc.. Starter cranks engine fine and asd and fuel pump relays kick on then shut down. Reworked all engine grounds etc. No change. Even tried grounding out the disarm purple/yellow wire to disarm the stupid factory alarm. No change

If i took it to the dealer they would charge me more than the vehicle is worth... Anyone else have this problem???

So basically what happens is you turn the key the car tries to turn over it ticks and ticks but it does not start. at first when you turned the key to try and get it to start if you would step on the gas and do that a few times it only eventually start after about 5 or 6 tries. Now a couples of days ago i went through the same process of trying to start it im not joking i had to do it about 20 times and it finally started. Now it does not start at all. What is the problem alternator or starter? And how much would it be to fix this kind of problem?
