I can't really blame Jeep or Chrysler for this one because all makes seem to suffer including the likes of Mercedes, jaguar etc. I should think that a problem with headlights would be considered a big enough of a safety issue that the manufacturers should be required to replace them. I never had a problem like this on my older cars because they were made of glass. I don't have a problem with replacing burned out bulbs but thats not the issue. If anybody has a solution other than replacement with the same crap, please let everyone know.
