Grand Cherokee Limited 5.7L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 110,000 miles

When my ex-wife shifted from "Park" to "Reverse" the vehicle accelerated to more than 40 mph in reverse until it collided with two parked cars and sideswiped another. My vehicle was totaled one other vehicle was totaled, another severely damaged and another dented down one side.

The driver sustained injuries to her left leg, and right elbow in addition to a severe strain to her neck and additional injuries to her lower stomach.

This is the second time this has occurred with this vehicle. Someone should open a "Class Action" lawsuit against Chrysler.

I may do it myself.
