Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

I bought my Jeep with approx 90,000 miles on it. 1 electric back window hasn't worked since I got it. The heater does not blow on the passenger side. I researched this & found that there is a fan in the dash that brakes frequently where it wont change over from heat to cold. After parking & killing the vehicle, after approx 5 minutes, it emits a retching sound from the dash lasting approx. 1 minute which I'm told is a part of the ac/heat door trying to close. I just survive without fixing it because I'm told the entire dash must be removed & it's a very expensive repair.

The heater/ AC has never worked right. There is either little to no heat/AC coming out even though I turn the fan speed all the way up. I have asked around and people have told me that the blend doors always break off on these Jeeps. Any ideas on how to go about fixing this on the cheap? I pay child support so obviously I don't have enough money to take the thing to a shop.THANK YOU!!

The blend door broke. What makes it bad is that this is the second time in three years it has to be replaced. This is nuts since that there is about thirteen problems with this vehicle. I'll be back with more. I would just like to know where I can report these problems to the company.
