I have had to replace the calipers, rotors and brake pads because the brakes pulse when applied. I have been through a lot of rotors and calipers on this vehicle.

problem #1

Oct 062008

Grand Cherokee Limited 4.7L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 80,000 miles

Irritating wobble when applying the brakes. GM says calipers are to blame, they replaced some, but most still experienced the problem. Only fix is to R&R the front calipers, rotors and pads. Happens about every 30K miles.
