The contact owns a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at 10 mph, the turn signals of the vehicle would not come on when prompted. In addition, the alarm system sounded on numerous occasions when the key was used to open the door. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
