I'm out of a car for a malfunction that is the manufacturers responsibility, I'm pissed that they have to take over 2 months to make zero progress, they keep asking me to do their job for them and being the middleman in all the communication between the manufacturer and the dealership. I plan to no give up and hold them accountable it's against the law to not provide remedy and if this happened to you too we need to demand it.

I am a single mom, with a 6 year old son and I have been without of a car because of this situation for over 2 months. It has significantly disrupted and required me to significantly alter my life. Which is unnecessary, and a violation, casing me and my son harm.

These corporation are taking advantage of their consumers and they design their systems to make you give up which is evil and corrupt, but we have rights.

I'm tired of the abuse of power, I was in no way at fault and I demand remedy. If anyone Is reading this and in the same situation or has gotten this type of situation successfully remedied please message me.

airbags deployed while driving airbags deployed while driving airbags deployed while driving

I bought my Jeep used two years ago. I had no knowledge of any recalls, until today when I searched online after my airbags exploded on me yesterday on my way home from work. I am so glad that I always drive holding the top of the steering wheel, because my arm stopped the airbag from hitting me in the face. I have a massive bruise and a sore arm, but I didn't crash my Jeep in afternoon traffic. Please, if you are looking at buying a used vehicle research recalls on the vehicle and verify that they have been fixed so you don't face the same issues I am now.
