The contact owns a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While stopped at a red light, the horn sounded without warning until the battery was removed. The contact stated that the steering wheel was loose. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or diagnosed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 104,000.
