Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact stated that NHTSA campaign number: 14V154000 (service brakes, service brakes, hydraulic) was received in June of 2014, NHTSA campaign number: 14V391000 (electrical system) was received in August of 2014, and NHTSA campaign number: 14V634000 (electrical system) was received in December of 2014. The dealer was contacted on multiple occasions and informed that the parts needed to repair the vehicle were still not available and no estimated time for receiving the parts could be provided. I have called the dealer every two or three weeks since only to be told that it will be two more weeks. Two weeks never seems to come and I am concerned about my safety driving this vehicle.

The contact owns a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving 40 mph, she attempted decelerate and the brake pedal seized. The failure recurred several times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where failure could not be diagnosed. The failure recurred and the vehicle was taken to the dealer a total of four times. The master cylinder and the vacuum assembly hose were both replaced but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was notified and advised her to take the vehicle to a different dealer.
