Infotainment unit began as a glitch where the navigation feature wouldn't function properly. It would show me in a river and fail to locate my vehicle.

Then the heater came on in the middle of summer and wouldn't turn off - had to pull over and restart the car - that didn't work, so I reset the infotainment unit and that at least turned the heater off but navigation was still fried.

Unit was replaced under CarMax extended warranty but the process was a major PITA.

There at multiple problems with the U-Connect radio system. The navigation system does not work, a notification comes up on the screen saying the vehicle phone needs service and the easy out (adjustment of steering wheel and driver seat) for easy exit from the vehicle has stopped working.

Navigation/Electrical Screen continuously restarting since 4 recalls have been fixed and flash updates have been provided. One of multiple electrical issues encountered with my Jeep Grand Cherokee, just adding this one to the list.

I live in MD, when I put in an address, it constantly tries to put me in Colorado. It is a very poor system. Worst design of any navigation system I've every used. Even if I put in the city, it will revert to Colorado.

Yesterday I put in District of Columbia and a street and it didn't have it, then reverted to another state. Just HATE this nav system. we end up using Google maps instead. Waste of money

This is the 4th time I have had issues with my navigation. I have also had the navigation completely replaced. I have to take my Car into Tomball Dodge and they do not give me a rental car. I am in sales and I need my car to drive around and see customers. This is very inconvenient especially since this is a factory caused issue. This is also one of the many issues I have had with my Jeep Grand Cherokee.

navigation is wrong, arrow floats

This has become my worst auto purchase ever. I had done several months of research and never heard of these issues. It has been in the shop 3 times for the same problem. The navigation will give incorrect directions and will show the car arrow floating to the side and nowhere near you are driving. The third time they replaced the "radio". The repair shop manager said there is a lot of problems with this "new"radio. He has a desk full of flash drives that are sent to him to fix bugs. When picking up my car the last time, a salesman at the dealership said he was having the same problems. I though all must be ok, until yesterday when for the first time in the month I used the GPS. The car arrow is still floating.I am wondering if I should pursue the lemon law on this purchase.

When driving to a location we would not be able to find on our own, the navigation just quit working. When we took it to the dealer, it worked fine. This vehicle has issues and is the first Jeep we have ever purchased. Really second guessing this purchase.
