My ABS light is on my traction control light flashes when I'm taking corners it acts like my brakes are sticking sometimes and other times it applies the brake when I'm applying the gas. I have two children that are in the vehicle with me almost at all times and if something happens to them because of y'all's electrical braking system I sure will be suing Chrysler.

Grand Cherokee Summit 3.6L V6

We leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 months ago and just a couple of days ago my wife had an incident where the car decided to brake to zero on its own with no prior warning and with no cars in front our around the vehicle.

This action by the car caused injuries to my wife's back and neck due to the violent and abrupt jerking motion. Can you imagine just driving along, unsuspecting that the car will hit the brakes on its own and not even warn you before it does? On a road with no cars!

When Rancho received the vehicle to examine, rather than look at the real problem or provide a rental they simply applied all outstanding TSB and told us the car was fixed. When questioned how the TSB's they applied fixed the problem we found none of these had anything to do with the abnormal braking issue. When asked for copies of paperwork to validate what they logged into the system it differed from what we relayed to them (So they can get around the issue and drag it on!)

Oh and i should mention we were never notified that the TSB's put out were very critical, unlike our previous dealers from Toyota and Infiniti who would call and mail out this information because they care of your well being!

Now the dealer simply refuses to look at the issue and insist they "believe" the issue is fixed. They expect us to replicate and re-experience the issue. This is absurd considering our 2 year old rides in this vehicle and was not present at the time. At the speed the incident occurred that could of caused a fatality for children that age. Would you ever step foot into a vehicle that did this to you?

We have an open case with Chrysler and it being handled by a special investigation department who we are not allowed to contact. No other department in Chrysler is allowed to talk to us either except this special investigation department that has not reached out to give us an update of what is happening.

Chrsyler and the Dealer refuses to provide a loaner vehicle that we are entitled to per our lease contract. The car has been sitting at the dealer for a month now and no one is giving an update of what is happening.

Stay away at all costs! If you have children keep them safe and away from Jeep/Chrysler vehicles. Pay more and go with a European or Asian built car!
