Initially, the dealer said they must replace the Valve control, but it is on a long back order (suggesting to me that mine isn't the only one). Now they are contemplating replacing the whole transmission! However, they still won't be able to repair it for about a month. So now we are paying for our vehicle to sit in the dealer's lot and drive a smaller SUV around that they so graciously provided (sarcasm).
Update from May 20, 2016: We took it back to the dealer April 26th, 2016 to replace the valve control. Well, they replaced it with a 2015 valve control so some of the features we are supposed to have like the engine turning off when stopped at a traffic light, doesn't work. Almost a month later(May 20th, 2016) and we are still waiting for the part to get to the dealership so this problem can finally be over!
