I would have expected to get a lot more life than 100,000 miles on the transmission, and to boot we were miles away on vacation. :(

Liberty 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 117,268 miles

I purchased this Chrysler piece of sh** on 10/30/10,it has been towed back to the dealer SIX times since then dead. They can't find out why.Jeep won't take responsibility and recall to fix the problem like they should.I missed two job interviews because I couldn't afford to rent a car to get me there. It's time for a class action lawsuit!

Liberty 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 47,000 miles

The transmission has gone out in this car twice. The second time may have been due to an incompetent mechanic, but the first was classic Chrysler engineering. Warranty covered 36,000 miles or 3 years, transmission went out at about 47,000 and a little over 4 years.
