lower ball joints broke and car fell while driving

The left ball joint was having problems, so when I went for a recall on something else, , they told me there was a recall on it. Then they said it was too bad and they would not fix it. Shortly after, it broke and my car collapsed.

We had to fix that one ourselves. Now this one broke while driving and I nearly rolled the car.
