They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2005 Jeep Liberty. The contact was driving 10 mph and noticed that the temperature gauge was rising. The vehicle was towed to a dealer for inspection. The dealer discovered that the cooling fan module had melted and the cooling fan assembly would need to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified about the incident. The contact stated that the compressor, radiator and cooling fan assembly all have been replaced numerous times. The approximate failure mileage was 215,000.

The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 128,000. The VIN was unavailable.

The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was approximately 65,000.
