transmission coolant hoses rub and puncture
Because of negligent installation of transmission fluid cooler pipes they rub on each other and being metal get tiny holes and start leaking transmission fluid which is not cannot be stopped and a real problem if you travel on the highway for a job interview and come across this problem which basically can burn your transmission down. And then turn into a pain in the butt for long long time.
This could be easily avoided if the installation technician in factory had made sure that they are installed properly and have no point of contact.
