The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Liberty. The contact stated that the vehicle failed to start until after numerous attempts. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who stated that the battery and battery connector needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred.
