CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Jeep Renegade has a very large volume of complaints for such a new model, especially compared to other SUVs in the same class.
Most Jeep Renegade complaints are for various problems with interior accessories & electrical systems, as well as squealing brakes, transmission (rough shifting) and engine problems.
I have had the Jeep in the service department twice regarding this noise. It sounds like I don't know how to drive a standard (even though this is an automatic vehicle). The vehicle stays in a low gear causing it to bog down & make this noise. I have been told that the computer updates have fixed the issue but they did not.
