TL- the contact owns a 2004 Jeep Wrangler extreme. The contact's daughter was involved in 2 crashes, and the airbags did not deploy either time. The contact stated that both of the accidents happened when the road conditions were slippery and icy.

While driving at 30 mph vehicle hit a tree head on. Upon impact, frontal air bags failed to deploy. Consumer hit the steering wheel, and sustained a cut and bruises above right eye.
