Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 4.0L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 46,000 miles

Even though the vehicle is well below the mileage component in the warranty of 70,000 miles, it is 6 months over the time of 84 months. Once again Chrysler has jerked me around and led me on a endless array of calls and emails seeming only to wear me down until I go away. Shaver Jeep in Thousand Oaks, California told me one thing; and told Chrysler something else. I filed a complaint with Chrysler but they don't follow up. No one at Chrysler will give me contact information for a Area Service Manager and all the Zone Office phone numbers for Chrysler have been changed and are unlisted. I am told my only recourse is to complain by calling their 800 number. I think my luck would be better if I scribbled my complaint and mailed it to Santa.
