Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

In November of 2013, I received a recall notice to have the transmission oil cooler tube replaced. I immediately made an appointment with antioch Chrysler. They took me in, kept the car for several hours then said they didn't have the parts needed and would call me when they came in. After not hearing back from them for several months, I called them in may of 2014. They said they still have no parts, and will call me when they come in. It is now July 2014 (8 months later).... any suggestions?

We are still waiting on the dealer to call us for the recall on the transmission oil cooler tube. We have taken the vehicle down to them twice and they keep telling us that the part is on order. We now have three of the safety cards from you and no resolution. The dealer is new smyrna Chrysler. What do we need to do to get the Jeep corrected.
