In the meantime, I have received another recall notice. I called Jeep paramus today to check the status of the parts and was told that I have to wait at least another three months. In the recall letter, it clearly states that should the defected tube leak, it can cause major damage and possibly a crash. This is very terrifying and disturbing to me that if this part can cause death, why is the company not taking this matter seriously. I drive my car every single day for work and personal use. This is absolutely unacceptable and I would like immediate action to be taken on this matter. Please advise me of my rights and what actions that I can take to rectify this matter immediately.
