Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Passenger right front marker light goes out -rear running lights go out- dash board light goes out, all involve an ever- blowing 10 amp fuse that Kia, after 4 years and three "experts" can't seem to solve and repair.

The contact owns a 2006 Kia Amanti. The contact has been experiencing issues with the headlights on her vehicle. The headlights randomly burn out. The passenger side headlight burned out and, after it was replaced, the driver's side headlight burned out as well. When the driver's side headlight was replaced, the passenger side headlight burned out again. The failure has been occurring for over five months and the headlights, running lights, and tail lights were all replaced within a week. There are no recalls for the vehicle and it is also out of warranty. The vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer or mechanic. The failure mileage was 45,000 and current mileage was 50,000.
