Formal complaint against enterprise and Bridgestone/Firestone regarding improperly maintained and defective tire(s) on a 2008 Kia Optima rented from enterprise rent-A-car, September 2008 that resulted in catastrophic tire failure accident. The consumer also stated injuries were sustained from the accident. Called consumer to see if there was a police report and the number of injuries. Left consumer a voice-mail stating her complaint has been forwarded to the appropriate department. 05/10/11
