Purchased car new in March. After 12 miles I started hearing a scrubbing noise when I applied brakes, Returned it to dealer who advised me that the problem would go away. I returned the car to the dealer a month later(April) with the same issue. Again I was told that it was a new car and the problem would go away. The problem continues, at this point it was getting worse and upon braking occasionally the brakes would make an acquired sound and press completely to the floor. Took car back to dealer in May, I requested that a technician do a ride along at which time the technician agreed that there was a noise/problem. The technician noted that the rotor was warped so they machined(turned) the rotors and cleaned the brake pads. The next day the problem resurfaced. I took it back early June, this time they replaced the brakes and machined the rotors again. After a 4th time the suspension/brakes are still messed up. They noise is much louder and I'm afraid to drive my new car. Kia consumer Affairs are sending an engineer to check my car in two weeks. So until then I'm stuck with a brand new car that I can't drive. Sad to say that I still have to pay the note on it. I asked for a rental until they could resolve this problem and they refused. I am so unsatisfied with this purchase. Worst purchase ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
