Rear window defrost system broken. The copper heating elements have peeled off the window leaving the system nonfunctional. Dealer service states that the use of an ammonia-based cleaning product will cause the epoxy to dissolve and the copper elements to peel off. We did not use any cleaning product on the window prior to this problem; therefore, the problem is a manufacture defect.
