Starting in November 2006 the 2005 Kia Sedona started making a loud groaning noise when coming to a stop, usually at less than 20 mph. By January 2007 it stated happening almost every stop. A strong vibration could be felt through the pedal too. We took it to the dealer in May 2007 in the hopes of it being repaired, as we could take it no more. They said they looked at it and found nothing wrong. I asked if they had done the tsb # KT20070402401 by Kia. They said if the mechanic found nothing, and they did not look at the tsb. The tsb, stated that the brakes should be changed if the customer reported the problem we had. They did not want to do it. We took the van and drove it. Within 15 stops and less than 1 hour later the groan was back. I will be taking it back to dealer, and making them do the tsb. My wife and I refused to tow our pop up camper or drive long distances as we were afraid the brakes will fail!
