Headlamps blowing out we have had to replace the headlamps about every 4-6 weeks and have taken it to the dealer 4 times on the head light problem and they say there is nothing wrong. So why do they keep blowing out. We have had both low beams blow out at the same time and have had to drive with the high beams which is unsafe to on coming traffic let along unsafe for us not to have any low beams. The second problem is a steering wheel vibration that we have has been a problem since we purchased the van. The dealer had it for the 1st month we owned it and still have the problem to this day and we are really feeling unsafe driving it due to the vibration at highway speeds. My wife is terrified to even take it on the highway with our three precious children. So if I could get some feedback on these issues I would greatly appreciate it. After doing some internet research there are alot of the same problems other people are having. I am writing this complaint so someone does not have to die due to headlights blowing out, or the steering falls apart or a part fails due to the vibration.

Stop lamp switch defective. Received recall notice. Tried for 2 months to have defect repaired, but manufacturer does not have repair parts available, so no repair can take place. Safety recall states car is not safe to drive and defect may cause a crash. Given the urgency or the recall the necessary parts need to be made available now.

The vehicle struts with less then 75K miles (warranty covers only to 60K miles) have poor suspension. The cruise control will not set at desired speed. Brake lights remain on even after the vehicle ignition is turned off; pumping the brakes will not release lights and could cause the battery to drain unless fuse is removed.

The contact owns a 2006 Kia Sedona. The headlights on both the passenger and driver's side of the vehicle burn out approximately 2-3 times a year. The vehicle has been at the dealer approximately five times. Sometimes the mechanics replace the bulb, and other times they will refuse. The contact believes that there is an electrical issue with the vehicle. On the last visit to the dealer, they replaced the bolt for free because the vehicle was out of warranty. The contact believes it is a manufacturer defect that should be recalled. The failure mileage was 30,000 and current mileage was 78,000.

Both headlights and right turn signal quit working with no warning; Kia said it is a fuse but I checked fuses and found no bad fuse.
