I purchase a 2010 Kia Soul ! on 12/31/2009. Soon after I notices how easily the pillars and parts of the door panel became scratched and nicked but the seat belt. Report it to Kia usa and was issued a Kia consumer # K1695129 and was informed that a fix would be coming in April then in June. I have heard nothing from Kia since. The plastic is very soft and can even be damaged by a finger nail. I would like this sub-standard plastic to be replaced.
