This vehicle was stopped. The vehicle following this vehicle fail to stop and collided into the rear of this vehicle. Damage was minimal @ $4000. No exterior metal damage. Drivers seat collapsed into the recline position. Contacted Lexus, who sent a representative to inspect the car. Lexus sent a letter explaining that the seat is in fine working order, but refuses to explain why the seat collapsed into the recline position.
