The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Ls 460. While driving various speeds, a fuel odor emitted inside the vehicle without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the vehicle was leaking fuel and the fuel pressure sensor seal and unknown gaskets needed to be replaced. The contact mentioned that the failure recurred after the vehicle was serviced per NHTSA campaign number: 14V647000 (fuel system, gasoline). The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 70,000.

The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Ls 460. While attempting to accelerate from a stop sign, the vehicle lost power. The accelerator pedal was depressed, but the vehicle failed to accelerate and increase in rpms. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the spark plugs needed to be replaced, the engine control unit needed to be reprogrammed, and the fuel lines needed to be flushed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 64,000... updated 12/22/16
