The contact owns a 2008 Lexus LS460. The contact stated that the upper support bushing failed and caused the tire tread to separate. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who repaired the failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 47,000 and the current mileage was 47,500.
