The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 120,000.

This is more of a concern and a inquiry. I recently purchased a 2010 Lexus LS460 AWD. I have notice that when making U-turns or sharp turns, the steering wheel fails to return to center by itself, and when I turn it back my self the wheel is no longer aligned with the car. I.e the normal position of the steering to go straight, is off about 90 degrees. This tend to cause over and understeer, and can be pretty scary when in traffic.
