The contact owns a 2008 Lexus RX350. The contact stated that the side curtain air bags deployed independently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who advised that she turn the vehicle over to her insurance company. The manufacturer was contacted who did not offer any assistance. The vehicle was not repaired.
