While riding down the street on a hot and humid August day, the air just stopped working. There was no warning what so ever.

I had problems with the A/C system on this vehicle since I bought it but the dealership, of course, could never find the problem while the vehicle was under the extended warranty that I purchased at a considerable amount of money. 6 months after the warranty expired, the entire driver side of the A/C system quit working and I am told it will cost roughly $4,000.00 to repair it. I am not spending that kind of money on a vehicle that is this old. It also looses the A/C charge so I have to have the system recharged every month or so in order for the passenger side to work or at least try and get a small amount of relief from the humidity in the summer.
