Consumer stated the headlight had an opaque glazed developing over the headlight lens. The condition reduced the headlight beam and caused severe visibility while driving at night. Dealer was not notified at this time. Please provide any further information and complete this questionnaire. Both headlights are defective and is a one piece unit. Replacement is $250. Dollars each.
