The contact owns a 2014 Lincoln mkz. The contact stated that while making a right turn, there was a defect in the center of the windshield which distorted the contact's view. The dealer replaced the window. However, the replacement window was also defective on the passenger side of the windshield. The dealer and the manufacturer declined to replace the windshield a second time. The contact was advised to purchase another vehicle. The failure mileage was 2,900.
