Blend door failure due to poor design. Discovery of actual issue was after many trips to different machanics, who werent able to figure out the problem. I was finally able to determine the issue via internet, and bring it to a mechanic, who especialized in air conditionin (A/)C repair. Total cost was $1,200 plus for the time I spent.
