Consumer received NHTSA recall 01V258000/ manufacturer's recall 01S24 letter. Called dealer to make appointmentfor repairs. Dealer refused to talk to consumer. Consumer had call dealer several times, and no response from dealer. Consumer started calling around second week in August.
