Owner of SUV returned continential tires (255-70R-17, dot unknown) that were part of recall. After inspection only 2 tires were offered at pro-rated price. Tire merchant wanted to replace with same recalled continential tires. This is the second set of Continental tires that have been pro-rated for vehicle. Tires are defective and consumer is requesting total replacement for all five tires.
