Changed heater plugs, pump, air filter but not starting.
Update from Aug 18, 2014: It was giving problem early morning only, we have changed heater plugs, air filter, diesel oil pump. Once started, the engine doesn't giving any problem. It was taking so many times for on/off heaters for starting in the morning.
