1998 Mazda 626 with same problem as described in the recall. Consumer states that he believes the recall does not include all affected vehicles. His has that problem and his is not included in the recall. The consumer believed there was a faulty spring on his timing belt tensioner, which was confirmed by the repair shop. The consumer was told only vehicles manufactured between July 1997 and November 1997 were affected by the recall. The consumers vehicle was manufactured in February 1998. The windshield wiper didn't work in the intermittent mode. (recall 00V134000)
