First, several of the functions in the manual were not available (like using the shuffle voice command). Second, Whenever you put in a usb or ipod, it would always immediately start playing and it was always the same song.

Third, the loading times for the system were horrible, it would take 5 min just to turn on. Fourth, Compatible devices were not always compatible. Due to the way Mazda made it interface, many iphones listed as compatible were unable to play music via USB (only bluetooth, which might as well be AUX).

Lastly (and really the biggest issue), when switching between music devices (via usb) the song info the system downloaded (rather than read) would sometimes be retained for some period of time creating incorrect folders, mislabeled songs, and some inaccessible music.

I went in several times for an update but they were too busy patching the more severe problems with the Mazda 3, to make a solution for the sixes.
