Really awful - The first rear hatch support on the Drivers side broke off last year and door hit my wife on the head. That door is heavy. The second one just broke off yesterday. My kids were sitting on the back of the vehicle taking off there boots. If it came down it would have killed them.
Needless to say I'm wayyy beyond Bull S__T! This is dangerous. not to mention the part is a weak piece of metal that is too small to take the beating of opening and closing a rear hatch door. The thing just snapped off without warning.
