California Smog requires all OSB Monitors to be on or active to PASS SMOG. One damn OSB won't go on, I had a test and everything passed but the damn light. I am going thru DMV process but it so damn technical and requires a DEALER SMOG Tech to write reports. I am already $2800 into the MPV with two catalytic changes & two Oxygen Sensors & labor. It still won't pass. The SMOG Referee won't pass it because of the lack of technical reports. The dealer service manager was trying to contact the District Representative to find a qualified DEALER MAZDA Tech to help. My registration is in limbo right now. I am SO SCREWED. Can anybody help?
