The contact owns a 2004 Mazda MPV. The contact stated while driving various speeds the vehicle would intermittently stall without warning. Immediately after the failure occurred all of the warning indicator lights illuminated on the contacts instrument panel. Both the manufacturer and dealer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 100,000. The VIN was not available.
