The top motor/pump cost $3,950 new. A used pump cost $900 with no guarantee it would work.
I have a warranty from PWI which paid $1144 for parts and labor. This was done on 10/15/13. The convertible top still would not work. The mechanic stated they needed part # a1248001878 costing $540.
It was on order from Germany and has arrived. I plan to take car 1/2/14 for final repair hoping the top will now work.
