The contact owns a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquis. The contact received a recall notice regarding the vehicle speed control. Several dealers have informed him that the parts for the repair are unavailable. He has experienced the following failures with his vehicle: The serpentine belt, brake rotors, front passenger side strut, and odometer. The mileage information and recall number were unknown.
